I discovered my passion for cooking and entertaining in my mom’s kitchen. Those homey roots influence every aspect of my business. From my, personalized service, custom menus, to the presentation of food. I can remember the days when Mom would make arroz con pollo, frijoles, tortillas, and potato and eggs. She would teach me how to cook something, and then tell me “that way you don’t have to rely on your wife or anyone else to cook for you, at least you can feed yourself”. My mom never barbequed, but her passion for cooking rubbed off on me, in many ways. Even today, there is nothing like going home and eating my mom's food!

I’ve always believed that when you put your heart into something, you can’t go wrong. That’s exactly what I do, when I’m cooking, grilling, or smoking BBQ. I do everything with you, the customer in mind. I want everyone who eats our food, to have the best experience ever.  I want you to enjoy and be happy. After all, isn’t that what life’s all about?
